1. Definitions and Introduction

In these terms, "joya9", "we", "platform" or "site" refers to the website https://joya9-apk.cam and its associated Android and iOS applications. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has created an account or is using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and no bonuses or winnings will be returned.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account — full name, mobile number, email address and date of birth — must be true and accurate. If the information does not match at the time of withdrawal, joya9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the payment.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you share your login details with anyone else and any loss results from this, joya9 will not be responsible. 3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on joya9 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other listed banks). Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The name on the account and the name on the payment account must match at the time of withdrawal. If the names do not match, the withdrawal may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Verification

For security purposes, joya9 may request a national ID card, bank statement or other proof for large withdrawals. The relevant amount will be held until the verification process is complete.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. After receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; which games are eligible will be stated in the bonus offer details.
• The wagering requirement of any previous bonus must be completed before claiming a new bonus.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned with it will be cancelled.
• The maximum bet allowed with bonus funds will be stated separately in the terms of each bonus.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is found, joya9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and related winnings.

4.3 Other Promotions

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Results

All game results on joya9 are determined by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a technical error affects the result of a game, all bets for that round will be cancelled and refunded.

5.2 Betting Restrictions

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or market. joya9 reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance or payment for unusually large bets on a single event. If manipulation is found, the relevant account will be closed.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Betting on cricket, football and other sports is subject to its own rules. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the relevant bets will be settled according to the specific rules. Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the joya9 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets across multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software, games or payment systems.
• Using computer software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transaction.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Harassing other members or engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards them.

If any of the above prohibited actions are found, the account will be permanently closed and the entire balance will be forfeited.

8.2 Loss Due to External Causes

joya9 will not be obliged to pay any compensation if services are stopped or disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks or any other external cause.

8.3 Personal Decisions

9. Account Suspension and Closure

11.2 Partial Invalidity

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue to apply in full.

11.3 Entire Agreement
